Cancellation & Refund Policy

All visits are cash-pay telehealth services and require payment at the time of booking. Please review the policy below before scheduling your appointment.


Appointment Confirmation

Appointments are temporarily reserved at the time of booking.

  • Payment must be completed within 15 minutes to confirm your appointment

  • Appointments not paid within 15 minutes will be automatically canceled


Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us by email or phone.

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable


No-Shows

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.


Refunds

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider


Clinical Appropriateness

Telehealth is not appropriate for every condition.

If a visit is determined to be clinically inappropriate for telehealth, a refund may be issued at the provider’s discretion.


Agreement

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
