Find quick answers to the most common questions about our services, pricing, and process.

Do you take insurance?

We do not bill insurance for visits.

Many patients choose telehealth because it offers faster access than waiting weeks for a primary care appointment or spending hours at urgent care.

Although we don’t bill insurance for the visit, your insurance may still cover prescribed medications at the pharmacy.

Urgent care copays are often $40–$75, and primary care appointments may not be available for weeks.

Telehealth allows you to:

  • Be seen the same day

  • Avoid travel and waiting rooms

  • Avoid unexpected facility charges

For many patients, the convenience and time saved make telehealth a practical option.

No.

Prescriptions are provided only when medically appropriate.
Not all conditions require medication, and antibiotics are not always necessary.

Your provider will discuss treatment options during your visit.

Controlled substances are not prescribed.

  • Sinus and allergy issues

  • Sore throat

  • Pink eye

  • Minor skin concerns

  • Mild gastrointestinal symptoms

For safety reasons, we do not provide telehealth care for:

  • Chest pain or difficulty breathing

  • Medical emergencies

  • Chronic pain management

  • Controlled substances

  • Complex psychiatric conditions

  • Unstable or complex medical problems

If telehealth is not appropriate, we will recommend in-person care.

Examples of one concern:

If you have multiple unrelated concerns, an extended visit may be required.

Most visits last about 15 minutes.

Our goal is efficient, focused care without unnecessary delays.
